Scores of postcards adorn the beige-and-white walls of this small, pretty, flower-filled restaurant. Yoshimasa Watanabé’s dual culinary heritage yields a menu that lists tuna carpaccio or barely cooked brill alongside a sauté of duck and foie gras or a fricassée of langoustines in a chicken jus. Can be pricey if you don’t stick to the set menu. Nicely balanced cellar.
