L’Espadon Restaurant Review:

L’Espadon has been one of the temples of the Parisian gastronomy since its opening in 1898 and Auguste Escoffier’s presence in its kitchen. The ritzy dining room is done in pink hues. Seconded by the pastry chef François Perret, Nicolas Sale commands the kitchen. His elaborate dishes highlight tomatoes, langoustine and poultry. Menus are offered in the garden for lunch at €95, €120 and €145, while the signature menu for dinner is €340.
