THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED NAMES TO NEW ALBANIAN PUBLIC HOUSE. Serious beer drinkers migrate to Rich O's from all over the metro Louisville area and even beyond. There are 34 taps here serving both the house-brewed ales and a rotating selection of some of the planet's best beer. Portraits of political personalities as diverse as Lenin and Eisenhower hang on the walls, and there's plenty of intellectual discourse over the pints thanks to the close proximity of an Indiana University regional campus. There are two sides to this operation, a brewpub and a family-oriented restaurant. The limited menu offers pizzas, calzones and sandwiches (served on pizza dough bread). Try the potato wedges, baked in the pizza oven, and there's a homemade soup or stew selection most nights. Friday is cask-conditioned night with a special guest ale, often from Britain or Belgium.
