Rim in the Grand Sierra Resort & Casino is a Pan-Asian bistro that spotlights the cuisines of Japan, China, Korea, Vietnam and Thailand. Dishes on the menu include kumquat shrimp, grilled Hokkaido scallops and specialty sushi rolls such as the Buddha, made with spicy tuna, avocado and macadamia nuts and topped with kiwi.
