Food & Drinks: Featured dishes include sea bass Zarandeado, pork chop “animal style,” and beef tartare with pistachio; Neapolitan-style pies come topped with the likes of nduja, house guanciale, Gorgonzola crema and butterball potato. Julian Cox disciple Nick Meyer (Sotto) heads up the bar program offering biodynamic wines, some offbeat beers, and ambitious craft cocktails.
