About the restaurant: Situated in Henderson near Saint Rose and Spencer, Rosa Ristorante is the first restaurant owned and operated by chef Rob Moore. The décor provides a welcoming ambiance to honor Moore’s Italian-American heritage, with dark wood walls, exposed brick, wooden tabletops, an expansive patio and artistic elements from mother and daughter team Doris Paessler Martinez and Cerissa Lopez.

Food & Drinks: The menu offers small plates like cheesy risotto fritters and beef carpaccio; Caesar, tomato & mozzarella and baby beet salads; pizzas with crunchy, chewy, crispy and bubbly crusts; linguine & white clam sauce and tagliatelle Bolognese pastas; 40-day wet-aged steaks; and seafood options such as roasted branzino, lobster fra diavolo, swordfish piccata and cioppino. The beverage program features renditions of classic cocktails including the St. Rose Blvd, a play on the Boulevardier with bourbon, Cappeletti and Cocchi Torino; reserve wine and top-shelf liquor; local draft beers; and limoncellos infused with flavor profiles such as grapefruit and licorice root.
