Rosemary's Thyme Bistro Restaurant Review:

It started small some years ago, becoming known for its gutsy pizzas and sandwiches and warm, sunny Mediterranean foods. The restaurant’s menu grew and so did the restaurant itself, with two locations now in the metro area. Creole-inspired dishes vie with Mediterranean and some Southwestern ones on a menu that offers something for everyone in the family. You can start with hot or cold appetizers---how about some Mediterranean carpaccio tuna? Then focus on entrée-sized salads, such as the Aegean salad with crawfish tails, or select something meatier, such as one of the grills. We love the Adana kebab, served fajita-style on a sizzling platter, with its pairing of ground beef and ground lamb on skewers with a side of grilled vegetables. Pizzas, roll-ups, and Black Sea pidés round out this unusual menu. Made-on-the-premises desserts include crème brûlée, Godiva chocolate cheesecake, and profiteroles. Yum.
