The Royal Munkey Restaurant Review:
This Murray Hill spot is fortunately not too different from its Upper East Side sibling, Drunken Munkey. Cuisine served here is not only Indian, but inspired by the British Raj (think Indian fare for the British palate). We recommend the tender and spicy pork vindaloo, unctuous grilled lamb chops and rich butter chicken. Start off with the addictive crispy okra. Don’t ignore the cocktail menu, highlighted by the Maharaja’s Burrah Peg (Cognac, Cremant d’Alsace and bitters).
