Saigon Cafe Restaurant Review:

Chef and co-owner Tai Truong has an exceptional story: having emigrated from Vietnam at a young age, he has become a successful Buffalo restaurateur (he's co-owner and manager of the popular Saigon-Bangkok on Niagara Falls Boulevard as well as the more upscale venture, Tsunami on Kenmore Avenue). With an elegant, intimate atmosphere, Saigon Café is yet another success, serving a refreshing and tasteful array of pan-Asian classics on the Elmwood Strip. Pad thai and green-red curry are easy on the taste buds. So are more adventurous dishes like pla jean (deep-fried whole red snapper), prik pao squid (fresh squid stir-fry) and Thai duck.
