Saigon Cafe Restaurant Review

: Part of Saigon Café's mission is to serve healthy food made with quality ingredients. So if you're looking for a guilt-free dining experience, go for the signature dish: pho, a savory broth with rice noodles, greens and your choice of meat (we like the chicken-lemon grass version). You can add lime and hoisin sauce and make it as hot as you'd like. We recommend starting with one of the other staples, sushi --- the "big mouth" roll to be exact. It's a sushi-meets-Cincinnati crunch of deep-fried smoked salmon, spicy crab and cream cheese. Oh, and did we mention regular sushi rolls are half price every day for dine-in customers? If a rice platter is what you're craving, try the shaking beef, saucy sliced tenderloin with shaved carrots, served over rice. For dessert, there’s flourless chocolate cake. If you need a pick-me-up after all the food, Vietnamese coffee will provide a little kick. A side note: You get ten percent off your bill if you pay in cash.
