![]() : The restaurant has been through a fair number of incarnations, and this one is the latest. It’s in an iconic modern building on St. James’s and on two floors. There’s still the strange escalator ride up to the main restaurant, now boasting rooms with dramatic high ceilings. But the menu has been considerably simplified. From the à la carte menu, perhaps start with crab salad with persimmon or yakitori style chicken wings. Soups and salads are available, and there’s a long list of imaginative sushi and sashimi plates and a good saké list. All in all, with friendly service, Saké no Hana has improved. |
