THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Salumeria on Hudson Restaurant Review:

The ladies of La Medusa, where Seattleites have learned to love pasta with sardines or botarga (tuna roe), have launched a second venture dishing up panini, pizza, pasta and stews in a sophisticated urban café setting. Sheri Serrino and Lisa Becklund developed the spacious corner location which allows room for a retail shop selling groceries, wine, cookbooks and kitchen equipment. The deli case is stocked with smoked chickens, salami and sausages (all increasingly prepared on the premises) and unusual cheeses like Ubraico della Capra (aged goat cheese washed in red wine). Every night of the week (after 4 p.m.) a different entrée special is available (if it’s Tuesday, it must be chicken cacciatore) along with a half dozen pastas. But you can nibble on assorted antipasti, panini and pizza by the slice anytime. It’s all top-notch and a great deal, especially wine, which can be purchased off the shelf at retail prices and opened in the café. Even with all of that on your shopping list, be sure not to leave without an excellent biscotti.
