Sandiago's Mexican Grill at the Tram Restaurant Review:

Sandiago's Mexican Grill at the Tram has more going for it than its fiesta-bright, top-of-the-world location: it serves up some truly inventive margaritas, from coconut and blood orange to the watermelon-flavored house special, which mimics the color of the Sandia Mountains at sunset (Sandia means watermelon in Spanish). But the food is far less memorable. Attempts to upgrade the menu from Mexican-American grub to coastal Mexican cuisine have yielded only modest improvements; so while you could get lucky with the occasional dish of plantain-wrapped halibut or scallops in jalapeño-vermouth cream, you’re probably better off absorbing the booze with basics like beef and green chile nachos or the seemingly bottomless guacamole as you watch the sun set over the city, a view that’ll put enough spice in your evening to make up for the meal.
