![]() : D.K. Kodama's new wave sushi and contemporary Japanese-based Pacific Rim food, as he calls it, proposes such dishes as mango and crab salad hand roll, panko-crusted ahi, and Asian rock shrimp cake. It's crowd-pleasing food, good for groups and late-night dining. When you enter the restaurant, take a left for the Seafood Restaurant, to the right is the Sansei Steak House. Perch at the 12-seat sushi bar or sit in one of 130 seats in the dining room. Kodama offers the early-bird and late-night specials that keep diners coming for more. If you order food promptly by 6 p.m., food is 25 percent off. On Friday and Saturday, the pupu and sushi menu is 50 percent off from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. That's also when the restaurant devolves into a karaoke bar, when you can sing I Will Always Love You to your heart's content for free. Note: The main entrance and parking are actually on Ohua Street. |
