Root & Bone Restaurant Review

: You may know Jeff McInnis from Gigi and Yardbird, both of which he opened. It was at the latter that he met fellow “Top Chef” alum Janine Booth and decided to leave the Magic City for the Big Apple to launch Root & Bone. The power couple returned to the beach and opened another location of the Southern-accented comfort food concept at Shelborne Wyndham Grand South Beach. You could start with the chicken biscuit as a snack, and then move on to the whole or half fried bird in a bucket with a side of cheddar waffle. Other options include shrimp and grits, Carolina spare ribs and short rib meatloaf.
