This New Haven restaurant has been serving up success for more than twenty years. Menu items include mushroom risotto with truffle oil; lobster ravioli with San Marzano tomatoes, shallots and a black pepper-brandy cream glaze; and Hudson Valley duck with chestnuts, Swiss chard and dried cherries in a sweet potato purée.
