THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Screens Bistro Restaurant Review:

At the rear of the vast food court in the hugely successful Fashion Center, Screens Bistro is the only traditional restaurant option for patrons of the nearby 18-screen cinema. The screens in the name refers not only to said cinema, but also to the dozens of TV monitors that play everything from vintage films to cartoons and live sports events. Children love this media overdrive; adults tend to tolerate it. The food is uninspired but reliable and reasonably priced, with most items costing less than $10. Salads like the classic Caesar and Asian-style chicken are popular, and we like the wood-fired pizzas, some of them suprisingly creative: The California version counts mild chiles and cilantro among its toppings.
