THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED An enormous saltwater aquarium is the focal point of this self-styled supper club in the Marriott’s luxurious Desert Springs Resort & Spa. Elsewhere the dining room displays Southwestern-style murals and sophisticated earth-tone décor. Menu highlights include lobster potpie, several varieties of grilled fresh fish and the signature surf 'n' turf. The wine list features several reasonably priced bottles, and those wines are also available by the glass. If you’re in the mood for a light snack, just get some oysters or ceviche from the raw bar and one of those wines, or perhaps an infused vodka martini.
