Shabu Hyang Restaurant Review:
Shabu Hyang took over the former Star King space in L.A.'s Koreatown. This is the first U.S. location of the Korean chain. The signature Shabu Roll, which diners assemble at the table, combines elements of Japanese shabu shabu (cooking beef or other meat in broth) and Vietnamese spring rolls.
