Shaka Shack Burgers Restaurant Review

: Shaka Shack Burgers takes its name from the hand signal for "hang loose," a gesture associated with surf culture. This simple spot with 1960s-inspired Polynesian décor features a few tables both inside and outside. There are also couches and some books lying around, giving the space the homey feel of a place to hang out. About half a dozen Angus beef burgers are offered, as well as a few fish and veggie burger options including the Maui Mushroom made with a patty of portobello mushrooms, five-rice blend, Maui onions and spices, topped with lettuce, tofu mozzarella, avocado and vegan mayo. Complete your meal with a salad, fries (available with seasoned Parmesan or white truffle salt), sweet potato fries, or Maui onion rings.
