This cozy restaurant isn’t big on flash, preferring instead to present a focused menu of seasonal, well-crafted fare from chef/owner Shawn Washburn. One may encounter a Brussels sprout salad with white beans, chicken and dumplings drizzled with velvety gravy, and pasta with sausage in a tomato cream sauce. For dessert, it’s hard to go wrong with any of the house-made cheesecakes. The wine list showcases local labels, and it’s a nice array for such a small establishment.
