A high-quality teppanyaki restaurant that takes pride in its unusual sauces, Shizu also has a fuller menu of Japanese specialties. The teppan tables, though, are the most fun way to eat here. Waitresses in full kimono, an increasingly rare sight, add to the ambience. Unlike many Waikiki Japanese restaurants, this one strives to keep prices reasonable.
