: Shubee's is located inside the Slyders water park playground at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa. Overlooking the surf and sand of Surf City USA, Shubee's serves drinks, snacks and meals right next to the water playground's four pools and three slides. Start with a cool tropical drink like the diamond mai tai, reggae rum punch or Blue Hawaiian. Kids like the grilled cheese or peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Order up a beer and the huge plate of nachos with melted cheese, scallions, pico de gallo and jalapeños. Those who are seeking something healthy may try the Cobb salad, grilled Caesar salad or the spa fruit platter (seasonal fruits and berries paired with vanilla sheep's milk yogurt). There's also a short beer and wine list. While the café is always open for lunch, it offers extended hours and evening bar service during the busy travel season. |
