Colin Nishida, proprietor of every local and visiting celebrity chefs' favorite hangout, the Side Street Inn, has taken his game to the next level with this spot. Although bearing little resemblance to the popular sports bar he opened in 1992, Side Street Inn on Da Strip offers all the favorite dishes from the original location. Top choices include the ahi poke, pork chops, fried rice and garlic chicken, all dished out in a larger, more refined setting. From the appetizers to desserts, you won't be disappointed in anything you order. Service is solid and the atmosphere friendly. Make reservations because this place is busy and popular with large groups.
