Only the locals know about this little spot, occupying what was once an ice house. There's no real dining room, just a convivial patio framed by a wrought iron fence. Wood tables sport bonsai trees and the house's signature sausages are grilled right outside. This rather idiosyncratic eatery is the venture of a couple of firefighters who bring their cooking and beer making talents to the public at-large. Grab a glass of homemade Märzen or Bock and enjoy a selection of hearty sausages (spicy Italian with peppers, bratwurst with sauerkraut), burgers or a Philly cheese steak. Italian and Mexican specialties are featured on selected evenings.
