Two Thai chefs, Mrs. Sianghen and Mr. Chan U-Domsap, revisit the traditional recipes of the Kingdom of Siam. The dark yet distinguished lacquered décor allows the eye to focus on dishes such as green papaya salad with dry shrimps, sautéed shrimp tempura with garlic, fried sea bass dressed with tamarind and pepper, and coconut milk flan.
