THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Simmzy's Restaurant Review:

Simmzy's takes its name from the Simms brothers, Mike and Chris, who started this gastropub concept in Manhattan Beach and have since expanded to Long Beach and Burbank. Start with the simple but well-executed ahi tartare mixed with avocado, scallions and spicy soy dressing. There are a handful of salads available, too, but it's the burgers and sandwiches that deliver. The namesake burger is a flavorful beef patty topped with onions, cheddar, garlic aïoli and tomato. Dessert is limited to apple donuts and chocolate s'mores pudding. Weekends bring on sangria as well as a few brunch dishes such as the Pub Scramble made with organic eggs, andouille sausage, bacon, onions, potatoes and cheese. There are two dozen rotating craft beers on tap.
