In Situ Restaurant Review:
Chef Corey Lee (Benu, Monsieur Benjamin, formerly of The French Laundry) oversees In Situ, the flagship restaurant at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. The menu comprises dishes contributed by chefs from across the globe, including Wylie Dufresne (shrimp grits with pickled jalapeño and shrimp oil), René Redzepi (wood sorrel and sheep's milk yogurt) and Thomas Keller (Liberty duck breast with French green lentils, apples and aged red wine vinegar sauce). The restaurant is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
