Six Degrees is friendly and casual, somewhere between a British pub and American tavern. But the food is at least six times better than you’d find at either. We recommend any of the rotisserie-cooked meats: chicken glazed with honey and mustard, or the smoky pork chops are good bets. Start with meaty Portobello strips (dredged in flour, sautéed in olive oil and sprinkled with soy sauce and red wine vinegar) and indulge, if you dare, in a side of thick-cut, crunchy onion rings. It’s all pretty much geared to go with beer-more than a dozen brews are on tap. The wine list is brief and unexciting, though moderately priced.
