THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED sixth + mill pizzeria and bar Restaurant Review:

About the restaurant & décor: Joining the original sixth + mill pizzeria and bar in Los Angeles, this Vegas outpost celebrates the six regions of Southern Italy. Due to the casual dining destination’s prime location within The Venetian’s St. Mark’s Square, each seat provides a view of the surrounding Venetian architecture and faux blue sky with wispy white clouds. Décor includes a black tile floor and sleek granite bar top.

Likes: In addition to a classic and seasonal cocktail list, also offered is a sizeable spirits roster with more than a hundred options, such as Willett Pot Still Reserve Kentucky Bourbon.
Dislikes: The only seating is open to St. Mark’s Square, but it includes soothing live music performed on the hour just yards away.

Food & Drinks: The menu’s centerpieces are its authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas, which after spending 90 seconds in an oven from Napoli come out airy and chewy and topped with tomatoes and mozzarella sourced from Italy. Consider the Campo, a white pie with rapini, eggplant, zucchini, peppers and mushrooms; and the Vince with burrata, mortadella, pistachio and orange zest; or design your own by choosing from 10 toppings. While “pizzeria” is in the eatery’s name, there are plenty of other dishes worth investing your appetite in, such as u’vroccolo (cauliflower and Parmigiana sauce) and arancinotto filled with rice, tomato, mozzarella, beef and pork. Among entrées are the pollo romano (chicken and fennel sausage, olives and sweet peppers) and bistecca (Prime beef steak served with potato, aromatic herbs and garlic oil). Liquid enjoyment can be found in an extensive wine list that is 90 percent Italian with selections like the Cannonau di Sardegna Sonazzos 2012. Finish with cannoli stuffed with ricotta, orange marmalade and pistachios.
