THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Slice & Pint Restaurant Review:

Brewmaster Crawford Moran, a partner in 5 Seasons Brewing Company, and Russ Yates teamed up to open a pizza restaurant that is finer than what they typically saw around town. So for Slice & Pint, they brought in a yeast from Italy to ferment the pizza dough; mozzarella is made fresh daily; and the duo creates ingenious topping combinations for the pies. We like the margherita and the Bianca (white) versions. But for the adventurous, there's a pizza with Thai green curry and the “southern pie” with fried green tomatoes and The Spotted Trotter's pork belly in sorghum. Everything is dialed up a notch, and Moran and Yates also brew craft beers comprising a long list; along with these options are an array of other beers on tap and in containers. After 10 p.m., only slices are offered. End the meal with High Road Valrhona chocolate ice cream.
