Smashburger Restaurant Review

: Smashburger at L.A. Live, a branch of a rapidly expanding Denver-based burger enterprise, offers handcrafted "smashed," seared and seasoned-to-order hamburgers in a dozen original varieties, alongside fresh tossed salads, milk shakes made with Häagen Dazs ice cream and local craft brews. These are good old-school burgers, less ambitious than Umami but more sophisticated (not necessarily more satisfying) than In-N-Out or Five Guys. Most of the options --- truffle-mushroom-Swiss, avocado club and spicy Baja --- are also available in healthier chicken sandwiches. Other locations.
