THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Society Cafe Encore Restaurant Review

: The hip setting lays the foundation for inventive variations on American cooking. With hues of pink, lime-green and black complementing the classic d├ęcor, the room feels almost "modern Victorian" and that's no accident, as designer Roger Thomas looked to Victorian-era London and Oscar Wilde for inspiration. Offering breakfast through dinner items, the menu features such mainstays as buttermilk pancakes and traditional eggs Benedict, and a poached Maine lobster roll with Old Bay mayo, tomato jam, celery, brioche and fries. Lunch choices run the gamut from roasted Scottish salmon with Brussels sprouts, sweet potato, baby carrots, pearl onions and pistachio pesto to the superfood salad comprised of quinoa, baby kale, sweet potato, pistachios, dried cranberries, pomegranates, raspberries and yogurt-chia-pomegranate vinaigrette. As with all Wynn restaurants, vegetarian and vegan dishes are offered, such as the garden burger served with fries and a chocolate shake. Several healthy options, all under 500 calories, include a veggie burger with house-made pita, cherry tomatoes, pickled vegetables, romaine lettuce and tomato-cucumber salad; or the egg white frittata made with asparagus, crimini mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes and goat cheese.
