Soluna Cafe & Lounge Restaurant Review

: Cheery staff serve up casual lunch in this narrow space outfitted with decorative palm trees, brick and ochre hues and cherry wood details. Happy hour, which runs from 3 p.m.-7 p.m., finds the long bar packed with Civic Center locals ordering up Rude Boys (double espresso and Baileys) and Pain Killers off the signature cocktail list. Those who stay for dinner enjoy creative California cuisine and a decent wine list. Start with a very California salad of avocado and mango with a citrus vinaigrette. Larger plates include a miso-marinated sea bass or pasta with spinach or spicy marinara.
