The Soul Patrol food truck is a spinoff of chef Sean Priester's former Oahu restaurant Soul. The draw is Southern comfort fare infused with a bit of "aloha." Expect to find dishes such as jambalaya, buttermilk fried chicken and chili, Carolina-style barbecue pulled pork sandwiches, and shrimp and cheesy grits.
