The setting is simple and relaxed, with white tables and chairs and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out on the grounds. The focus here is on healthy options, with a variety of smoothies and juices in combinations such as apple and blackberry (to help with the heart and blood pressure), mango and carrot (recommended for post-workouts), and grape and blueberry (for boosting energy and immunity). Also on the menu are salads, sandwiches and light desserts.
