Spezia is a haven of Tuscan cooking right in the heart of suburbia, owned by acolytes of Perrier and Toscana and run with precision and attention to detail. The surroundings, prices and the inclusion of Riedel stemware for your wine (also for a price) may seem to be striving too hard, but the food does not suffer from that attitude. Excellent prosciutto de Parma, fresh oysters, fragrant littleneck clams and tasty lamb are a few of the pleasures of the menu. Finish with delicious cannoli.
