Spindini’s authentic Italian cuisine includes not only traditional pasta dishes but also wood-fired pizzas cooked to order in a flaming-hot oven at the end of the bar. Food is prepared using only the freshest ingredients from the restaurant’s garden in nearby Holly Springs, Mississippi.
