Spring Creek Barbeque Restaurant Review

: This chain has spared no expense in the design and style of the location on FM 1960, but the barbecue is okay at best and service is lacking. If you’re a fan of the Carolina-style pulled pork, there is that, but for Texan ’cue the beef and sausages don’t stand up to other barbecue joints. A high note, though, is the peach cobbler and rolls. A stand is set up in the dining area with a friendly attendant who dishes up the cobbler, perhaps with a scoop of ice cream, while a server rotates the room with hot rolls. Like any nice Southern place sweet tea with large wedges of lemon and lime is offered. It seems a bit pricey for the quality of food.
