Among Italian offerings are pastas, pizzas, garlic toast and chicken Angelo. The Chinese kitchen features hot-and-sour soup and an array of traditional dishes. Popular signature specialties are available at the Mexican display, also the case at the barbecue booth. At the Mongolian station, they’ll cook your meat and vegetable combinations to order. Seafood choices include a Manhattan clam chowder, shrimp scampi plus peel-and-eat shrimp, and preparations of salmon and fish du jour.
