There’s an excellent selection of baked goods to go with that latte, espresso, Frappuccino or regular cup of Joe. And now ancillary products such as lifestyle goods ranging from books and music to clothing and furniture. The chain is politically correct: They won’t purchase beans from areas of the world where plantations are suspected of treating workers unfairly. However, we often get the sense that the hurried staff are drinking too much of their own brew, and they are doing you a favor by waiting on you.
