Stella at The Cedar House Sport Hotel in Truckee features an open kitchen, an intimate indoor dining room and a patio. A tasting menu is available, as well as optional wine pairings for an extra cost. Whole lamb terrine, pork tenderloin and beef tartare "poke" with tempura avocado, marinated shitakes, wasabi aïoli and cilantro sprouts can be found on the à la carte menu. A vegetarian tasting menu can be requested. The international wine program features entries from California to Tuscany.
