THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Stetson's Steakhouse Restaurant Review:

In a building that has seen not only two predecessor restaurants but also the former Roswell city jail, Michael and Donna Petrucci, who also own adjacent Ferrera’s, have crafted a warm, wood-enhanced, casual fine dining steakhouse. Downstairs at the entrance, a well-enclosed room allows post-prandial brandy and cigars without the smoke disturbing patrons. The bar, very well received by the neighbors, is also home to a solo guitarist every night. Upstairs, well-spaced tables and a soft noise level mean table conversation is comfortable. Start your meal with the delectable sautéed foie gras accompanied by figs and mangos; savor a glass of Sauternes with this. Then choose one of the excellent dry-aged steaks, which run the gamut from a petite filet to the humongous cuts and a huge 48-ounce porterhouse for two. Sides are extra---the distinctive whole mushrooms in Harvey’s Bristol Cream sherry is probably the most popular. If you don’t do steak, there are plenty of other dishes to choose from, including pasta and seafood, and composing a vegetarian plate is very easy. For dessert, taste the peach bread pudding with bourbon sauce.
