Sugar Palm Ocean Avenue took over the former Cast space at Viceroy Santa Monica. Guests can enjoy California-inspired plates indoors, at the wraparound bar or on the outdoor dining terrace by the pool. Dishes range from cauliflower tikka masala to hamachi crudo to roasted half chicken with gochujang & orange honey, roasted roots and herb jus.
