Definitively the best view in town for sushi, the Sushi Bar at Casa Del Mar, nestled in the Lobby Lounge, enjoys the California sunsets as often as they are offered by Mother Nature, which is to say many days out of the year. A short selection of sushi nigiri, cut rolls and sashimi is offered, with rather classical choices (for example, respectively, salmon, eel-avocado and albacore). Cold sakés will add to the vibrant atmosphere, especially on Wednesday when the live jazz mini-orchestra is performing.
