Start with the crisp and coolly refreshing seaweed salad dressed up with sriracha-influenced mayonnaise and tobiko (flying fish roe). Then choose from sushi and sashimi and cooked Japanese dishes that sound a bit ordinary. Sparking interest is the sushi fish wrapped not in rice but in thinly shaved cucumber, suited for anyone watching carbs; the contrast in flavors and textures entices all tastes. Vegetable sushi is a nice option for vegetarians. Beer and wine only are offered, but we suggest a hot tea.
