What's not to like about a place where every day is Friday? At this popular chain restaurant, large portions are a hallmark and crowds are likely. The food is all-American and rarely wows, but it certainly pleases. There are plenty of burgers, sandwiches and salads to satisfy any appetite --- assuming it hasn’t already been spoiled first by the loaded potato skins or the buffalo wings. Friendly, upbeat and energetic staff is outfitted in red and white with black suspenders. Meanwhile, against the backdrop of old posters, snow shoes and washboards, strategically placed TVs (usually on sports channels) add to the casual factor. Bonus: There are dedicated gluten-free and allergen-free menus for diners with food sensitivities.
