Tacos Guaymas Restaurant Review:

Expect quality, authentic Mexican fare but don't look for ambience at the Capitol Hill location of this family-owned group of restaurants. But the story is about the food anyway. Soft tacos made with grilled corn tortillas come with a choice of fillings: beef, chicken or pork. Burritos are wrapped in flour tortillas and can be ordered "wet," meaning smothered in a vibrant sauce. Prawns in their shells are sautéed in butter and garlic or cloaked in a lively chili sauce. We also suggest the chicken in a spicy pipian sauce thickened with ground green pumpkin and sesame seeds.
