Tacqueria Guaymas Restaurant Review:

Part of a locally-owned chain of restaurants, this is a good destination for authentic Mexican fare. Soft tacos made with grilled corn tortillas are offered with a choice of filling---from chicken, chorizo, barbecued pork, beef cheeks, brains or tripe. Burritos are wrapped in flour tortillas and can be ordered "wet," meaning smothered in a vibrant sauce. Prawns in their shells are sautéed in butter and garlic or cloaked in a lively chili sauce. We also suggest the chicken bathed in a spicy pipian sauce thickened with ground green pumpkin and sesame seeds.
