THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Tandoor House Restaurant Review:

This large undistinguished restaurant on the second floor dips all over India for kitchen inspiration. There are some spicy curries from Madras and tandoori dishes from Punjabi. The breads are first rate and the baighan bharta, a mashed eggplant dish is another good choice. Looking around, there always appears to be some young Indian students and aging baby boomers in the crowd. Service is a bit on the speedy side, but it’s efficient even if some of the waiters seem intent rushing diners through their coffees.
